Absolutely incompetent sales people. No followup. All the do is sit and wait for a rollover sale. No product knowledge didn't even give a business card. We went Statesville sales center and purchased.
We had questions that this place could not answer . So we called corporate office and then Clayton calls us as says we cant work with you because you called corporate office.

First I want to say how disapointed in the work/repairs that Clayton Homes of Conover. John and Jamie with Clayton homes have failed my friend Laura Lail with the insulation of her new home. There are many things that are in need of replacemnent and need to be fixed. We can not get them to come and do the work that they have promised to have fixed. The house was installed on June 8th. They came to do the walk thru on July 29th and have yet to come back or call. So very disatisfied with the sales associates and the manger. I ... read more
