We had great customer service and love our house.
Closed on my home last October. 1 year in and I love this home. Has it had issues? Yes, all homes have issues, but the service provided by the staff is second to none. They always return my calls in a timely manner and are great to work with. I have worked personally with all members of the staff. All of them are ready and willing to help. We as customers must remember that our home is not the only one they ever sold. There is an outstanding home selection available to walk thru at this sales center. This location offers extremely knowledgeable Salesmen & their General Manager is second to none.
I have lived in my Clayton home for 3 years and absolutely love it. If I were ever to purchase another home, it would definitely be a Clayton!
Customer service is horrible, they couldn’t even return a phone call. All we got was the run around and no answers at all. They didn’t even have the decency to call to let my mom know that they had requested her deposit back and the check was in the office ready to be picked up. If you are looking to purchase a home DON’T GO TO CLAYTON HOMES of CONOVER Josh and Mack WILL NOT provide good customer service, they have to be the worst people I’ve ever tried to do business with.
