I had originally wrote a review on Aug.24 and on Aug 26th Mac called me and asked me to put it down because he was going to take care of my issues unfortunately this company instead of fixing the issues they are causing more and more. I could write a book no joke of all the things Clayton employees have put my family through.I have been dealing with Clayton since Early May. RecommendedMy families home buying experience was stressful and trying with lots of bumps in the road. Mack was always there to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted in a house at a price we could afford. Although it's taking longer than we anticipated we couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Clayton homes in conover with Mack and Josh! looking forward to moving into our new home in just a few short weeks 😀 Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience
we went in at the beginning of march and it's now april and I call and email no one responds finally I emailed today and got a response I thought we were waiting on a call to tell if we got approved through there lenders and they have no clue where our application is or if it ever got put in.
