Very Bad customer service. From the start we had nothing but trouble with instillation delays after delays. Then trying to get it up to land well that was nightmare in itself even after some one had gone to look and said it was a great place no problems. But the biggest complaint the trailer we ended up with was nothing like the one initial purcased.
We are closing on our forever home tomorrow and we are absolutely in LOVE with it. Scott, Cindy, Christine and all the other folks at Clayton H'burg knocked it out of the park!! We were impressed from Sales to financing to building to finishing. We had an amazing experience and are so grateful we chose Clayton Homes of Harrisonburg!
Poor customer service, no follow through, never return calls, unprofessional, failed to ever finish the work, one goal to make a sale and then they're finished with you. Will not recommend this group to anyone.
Don't deal with these people! They will make promises they can't keep and they will leave you waiting forever to get in your home!! Check reviews on other sites about Clayton Homes of Harrisonburg. LOTS of bad ones!!!
