My fiancé and I went in to look into the prospect of buying a home. We were greeted by Brandon Lee, who asked our expected rate we were willing to spend per month. Afterwards he proceeded to show us homes well within our price range, as well as options if we wanted to adjust any house we did choose. Very driven, knowledgeable, and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied with our visit and we plan to come back and purchase from him.
Cody and the whole team in Gulfport are the best around. If you are looking for an affordable quality built home, I would give these guys a shot.

Had an awesome experience at Clayton Homes in Gulfport the process was simple easy and the staff is wonderful. Angie, Cody and Linda is who I dealt with for the most part and they all made it very easy to do business with them.
Extremely beautiful homes on the lot & the best sale's person ever Brandon Lee� he was the nicest person I ever conducted business with. And he was so polite, making sure our time there was comfortable with lots of laughs, even my 10 year old enjoyed the visit ..my first time visiting Clayton Homes, & it was amazing, I'll definitely recommend friends & family. And I'll b sure to tell'em to ask for salesman Brandon Lee
I waited 15 minutes yesterday in the lobby and even started looking outside but was never greeted by someone to help me.
Went in today JUST TO LOOK we told thr lady we didnt have much to spend (of course we only said that) but we asked multiple times if we could talk about the trailors not the budget and me and my mother knew as soon as they brought up how much we could spend AGAIN that we arent getting anything here so we just carried on and left and went straight to coastal. EXCELLENT people next door to them. We are now owners of a new home from coastal. (Well soon) Lol!
Myself and my other half went there a couple of weekends ago to look for a home and to get an idea as to what we wanted in a custom home. We were greeted by Curtis Cook. He showed us a few homes and there was one more that I wanted to look at. He made the statement, "Are you just going to look at something that in reality that you are never going to purchase"? Bought a nice home almost 2 years ago. But service after the sell is lacking. Still waiting on a valve for the shower (gave up). Still waiting for my windows to be adjusted (gave up). Had to call like 10 times to get tub repaired (finally happened). Not to talk you out of buying one, but service after the sell is important. Regardless of how short handed they are.
