Lady had me load up my 3 kids in the pouring a$$ rain after I was very detailed with my situation had my believing she could get us a new home only to tell me where I got there I didn’t know you thought anything doffeeent she really had me drove all the way there to tell me to instead of 1099 for my husband to do quick books look somewhere else for a more upfront business
Bought a high end home from Clayton of Gulfport about 4 years ago. The home is very nice, but the service from Clayton of Gulfport is very poor. We had to pull teeth and constantly call and beg for repairs that needed to be fixed during the first year. Some of these repairs where from poor trim out work, floor and sheetrock problems from settling (poor foundation and set up), LED light fixture problems (still having trouble today with). Buyer Beware!! Do not buy a VMF repo from there lot. I did and VMF Homes lies to make a sale and doesn’t stand by what they say to just make a sale and Clayton allows them to place their homes on their lot to sell!!! No matter what goes wrong VMF and Clayton say oh well it’s a repo!! And boy have things gone wrong!! Maybe buying new is better but I’m unsure due to my personal experience!!

complete rip off. unbelievable how bad the service is. ive had the same issues for 2 years almost with nothing getting fixed. they have time to build a brand new office but cant help ne.
Best prices, customer service and sales reps on the coast! New managers are definitely doing something right!
We know Steve manages the Gulfport and Mobile location and he is making every effort to make customer service a priority!!!!
