We were lied to so that we would apply and now it’s affected our credit. 1. We toured homes, told them which one we were interested in. When they worked us up for a loan, they worked us up for a more expensive home. 122k is a massive difference than 184k when you’re looking at a loan. 2. First and foremost I must say Zach was awesome! I told him exactly what I was interested in and he showed me exactly what he was told. My mom and I enjoyed the 5 displayed homes that was showed to us today. I must say Zach presentation was nicely done. VERY disappointed in the way they handle business! My husband & I have been in the market for a new home, as our family is expanding & the moment I first walked in, Stephen greeted me & got cocky right off the bat. Couldn’t be there to hold my sign so had my mom do it as I had to return to NY for the new school year. So far my mom has no complaints. Will see how everything is when I return next year in the summer. But won’t recommend. I had to call corporeal and pretty much report the whole team that was on my house. So if anything happen to the house I know to sue Clayton home because it would be a form of retaliation because of being reported for lying and ignoring phone calls when they couldn’t properly do their job. great homes. beautiful houses that make a home
bought my house almost 5 years ago..it was not set up correctly and as a result I've had moisture damage..clayton and Vanderbilt have done little to nothing to help .. Never mind the previous lot manager trying to commit crimes with Rooms to Go regarding purchase. orders's that they give you when you buy your house..they will do or say anything to sell you a house even if its illegal..save yourself the hassel..buy from anyone else..at least then you have a chance
