Clayton helped us enormously with a sale of our home during a tremendously difficult time- the Covid pandemic. Needless to say, what should have been a shoe-in 2 week easy sale quickly changed to a nightmare with buyers lenders, contracts that fell through, changes in showing protocols and pretty much everything that 2020 could throw at a real estate deal.
