I have been going to first, Big Ben and now his son, Ben for 50 years and wouldn't consider anywhere else. The staff has always been accommodating and most pleasant and eager to assist you anyway they can. As far as I am concerned there are no other dentist in Wilmington.
I had an emergency crown fail on me right before I was heading out of town. Not only did they work me in that day, but gave me great options for "the fix" both short and long term. Most importantly - they do it all with a prayer and a smile!
I've been a patient of Dr Smith for over 10 years. He is extremely professional, has an excellent staff and the latest technology. Most important, he responds immediately (even when he is on vacation) when I've had problem develop. Thank you Smith 3 !
I've been seeing Dr. Smith, aka Gentle Ben, for more years than I can remember! He is professional, up to date in his methods of care and the most gentle dentist and soul I've ever met. And his staff is beyond terrific. I recommend his practice to all my friends and he just started seeing my 89 year old mom, who loved his caring touch. Nothing but honest words from his favorite Duke fan!
