My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Smith and his father before him for over 30 years. The title of this review sums it up. Dr. Smith and his staff are like 1st cousins we love to visit (especially when we have good checkups, which is more often than not).
I had an urgent situation, I broke my front tooth! I didn't even want to smile so I would put my hand over my mouth! It was awful to me! I immediately called & Peggy got me in there the very next day! Oh my goodness, it's always a blessing to visit Dr. Ben's office! They always brighten my day! Christi worked on me & now I'm good as new. She's wonderful! ❤️
This is the absolute BEST dental team in southeast NC. They treat each patient with kindness and top notch professional dental care. There are no comparisons!

I had been going to the same dentist for about 30 years. He retired so I was in search of a new dentist. Smith Family Dentistry is just awesome! Very kind and gentle. Plus everyone there was helpful. Could not say enough about how great it turned out. Now our family will be going.
I’ve been a patient of this practice forty+ years and I’ve always been very satisfied. Yesterday I had a problem with a crown. I spoke to Peggy and she was able to work me in for an appointment right away. Christie was able to fix the problem quickly and I was on my way again. But not before just about everyone there from Peggy and Christie to Dr. Ben, Ginger, and Kristi spoke to me enquiring how I was, etc. They are all genuinely friendly and concerned. They are the best!!!
Highly qualified professional folks. All make you feel comfortable and like you are their only patient. Rebecca is an extremely gentle hygienist. I like going here for treatments.
