Mobile homes are junk. Especially this one. There is no wood behind the siding so the siding is so wavy and crooked its not even funny. Plumbing falls apart and has rotted the sheetrock away. Batten strips are not nailed to anything so they're falling right off. The only good thing about this dump is that its not in our name so we can let them repo the turd anyday and get the heck away from Vanderbilt mortgage. If anyone is looking to buy a manufactured home do not go to Clayton in Conroe! We have been fighting with them for over 18 months now to get things fixed. Before our 12 month warranty was up I made sure that they had a list of everything that we were still waiting on listed. I knew they had a new service manager and wanted to make sure that she knew everything. Contacted corporate finally got the smoke detector fixed after 18 months! Just received a phone call.
