Surprise medical billing for services not requested, misdiagnosed my child, charged extra for that, and has sent it to multiple collections and multiple courts, now 5 years later has taken what was supposed to be 4 routines examinations for me and my kids, that are covered with a deductible, billed us for multiple diagnostic procedures to my children that were not authorized.
