The staff are are nice to look at!!!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this gym. This is a place to clear your mind and get in shape. The facilities are immaculate. The steam room is the best I have ever seen. The fact that it is so beautiful and spa like makes me want to keep on coming back. Lance, Cathleen,and Elizabeth, and the entire staff of "Clay" have made my transition back into the gym world easy and exciting. Kudos to the best kept secret in town.
If you are a golfer who wants a specific and concise way to understand and address issues with your game, seeing Michael Manavian is one of the best places to start!
