Staff still Unpaid weeks, some Months later. Disgusting.
Predatory, dishonest gym. Stay away. Still working with my credit card company to return the funds that they wrongly withdrew. I had a month to month membership with no commitment—yet after canceling in writing in April when I moved, with their acknowledged receipt, they have charged my card month after month. No one returns emails or calls from membership associates to General Manager—not Darren, not Chris, not William, not Nelson, not Erica. No apology or even acknowledgement. Wife and I had an amazing time there; they even have free child care and the caretaker wouldn't take any sort of gratuity for her services. I would have given 5 stars except the avocado toast was just avocado sliced and toast; I guess they meant it literally...the massages were brilliant. Thank you
