I had a great experience at Clay humane today! Quick appointment great tech and great doctor definitely going back!
Front office staff is abominable. Always hold for thirty minutes before speaking with anyone or they forget to answer you altogether. They think they're vets and deny treatment/meds without ever speaking to the vet treating your animal. Just pulled my dogs records and I'm moving to another location because of the poor treatment by this staff.
We have been coming here for 2 years, ever since I've had my Kody. The staff and doctors are wonderful here. Very attentive to our needs. The prices here are very reasonable and we are supremely satisfied and happy
Clay Humane is the best ! It is a true team approach to animal wellness.
