Very impressed, very happy with the care our newest addition Zeke got & I am so thankful to have a lower cost clinic that seems to care. I am so glad I decided to try you all out, with a stray you never know what you are getting yourself into, but I felt so comfortable knowing I wasn't going to get ripped off bringing him in to your clinic. I have been to other clinics in the area with our dog Roxy who passed last year and have either paid a fortune or waited all day to be seen, I have found my new clinic for sure!!!
You claim you're a low cost vet clinic when you charged me for my dog's teeth check for $55.00 when you could have just told me over the phone when I called you how much is the charge for the cleaning instead ���This is ridiculous! They did not do anything except for my concern!!! I've waited longer in line than the amount of time they spent checking my dog's teeth ( no cleaning done!!! ) i am so disappointed! Your check up is even more expensive than your vaccination fee!!!!
Dr. B and his staff are absolutely amazing! He went way above and beyond to try and help my Lily bug. Although the news was not what we wanted, it is nice to know there are people that care about our babies and understand how precious they are to us. As we transition to doing what is best for our fur baby, it is nice to know we have a genuine team to help us on this tough journey. Thank you soooooo much Dr. B!!
I have known Dr. Broadhurst for years, he's taken care of my childhood pets! When I received the news about my baby Sterling, I was beside myself. (Any fur-baby parent would be). When I brought her in to be looked at, Dr. B and staff took immediate action; tests were run, conversations, explanations, and plans were made. The sympathy from both Dr. B and his staff really helped with her last difficult days. I can't thank them enough, for all their help.
I have to say this clinic is the most compassionate, loving and considerate facility I have ever encountered. They have cared for my Duncan as if he were one of their own family members. I can't thank Claire, Dr. Broadhurst, Becky and the many other staff enough for making his life a little better during his transition. All the best to each of you and a tremendous THANK YOU!!!
Brought our Princess Lucy in to be fixed yesterday. Thank you Stand Up for Pits Foundation & Clay Humane for taking such good care of our girl.
The vet and tech were awesome; the cost is worth the wait, but the girls at the desk were rude and short. While waiting to check out (after being there 2 hours) the check out person says to the other girl at the front desk "only 13 more minutes" the other girl states "thank god" then the check out person starts telling her how it's her only day to spend with someone etc., ignoring my standing there. Finally, I said "are we done?" I know how stressful it is dealing with the public but if u hate your job that much leave. There... read more
