Great, friendly staff, very clean facility and affordable pricing! Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience at the Clay Humane clinic. Took my two dogs in for wellness checkups and certificates for travel, and the staff were all very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. It’s clear that they really care about both the pets and their owners. I felt my dogs got better care here than at the expensive private clinic I had been going to. Clay Humane proves that low cost does not equal low quality.
The vet staff here really loves animals and making them feel better. Granted it's a little bit of a wait, but the attention and care that your pet gets is excellent. We are more than thrilled that both of our fur-babies are well taken care of.
I've been bringing my dogs here for years and they have always been impeccable! My 13 year old yorkie got ACL surgery and he is acting like a puppy again! I also adopted a kitty there and the process was so easy and we got an amazing addition to the family!
Thankyou for fixing my Feral Cats for free! Great full to have this service!
We have been using clay county clinic for almost 5 years. Our first experience was we needed to put down our four year old boxer due to lymph . The compassion that the vet had and staff had was incredible. Adopted a few dogs since then and two kittens. They have always been very compassionate and caring about all of my animals. I would never go anywhere else
On the phone I was told there was only a 10.00 charge for rabies vaccination and that they would trim toe nails but neglected to tell me that it would be a $12.00 fee to trim nails and a $20.00 exam fee and $2.00 Biohazard disposal fee took my disabled, senior citizen's mom cat in for her to get rabies vaccination thinking it was $10.00 and it ended up being $70.00. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE AN ANIMAL THERE AGAIN.
