Everything was as promised in perfect condition that I ordered and had shipped to me in Minnesota. These folks know what they are talking about, true experts, definitely (5) star service.
Poor service for a premium price. We had a number of issues that were very slow to be resolved, and we eventually gave up and found our own solution. Additionally, the unit (which is beautiful) sticks out from the wall several more inches than promised. Disappointing. Overpriced.
Had them install a new vented fireplace in the basement to replace a ventless one that smelled so bad we could never use it. They were in and out in just hours. Now a great winter time retreat. Thanks Claxton.
