The technician was the BEST I've ever had working on my fireplace. He fixed things that hadn't been right. I have the cleanest window on it and the best flame, embers that show because he fixed one log placement to the front among other things. Everything he did was to perfection. I'm so happy with the results.☺️

Want to pay double what you should for service? This is the place. Were at my house 1 hr and 5 minutes (5 minutes taking pics for their records). Charged me for 1 1/4 hours, then added an extra $60 for absolutely nothing. Should have been $125. Charged me almost $250. Never again!
Got our fireplace up and running within 15 minutes. The technician was very knowledgable and polite.
We bought our first fireplace unit from Claxton in 2002. We just had a new one installed last month. They went out of their way to get it up and running before my mother's 90th birthday party. We found nearly 20 years ago and again now that Claxton's knows their business and do a professional expert job with their help in selection and installation. We would totally recommend Claxton's to anyone wanting a beautiful quality fireplace.
