Horrendous customer service. They don't have a schedule for any service, you're expected to wait by the phone until they call when they have time. But they will never call, or return any of your calls. I waited 5 weeks for something to get fixed after they kept saying they would let me know. When I called after the 5 weeks to again ask when it might me, they told me to find a different company to do the repair. So they completely wasted my time for that long for absolutely no reason. We told the customer that we would attempt to find a concrete contractor. to remove and replace the basement floor. Several were contacted and all were to busy with outside work and trying to beat the weather. That was explained to her and we would continue to find a contractor. Her response was very belligerent with a long period of screaming and name calling. After listening to the way she reacted and not able to reason with her I did tell her to find another contractor.
