We hired Claudia for a consultation after reading her column on staging for selling your house in the local paper. We were on a tight schedule and moving out of state and did not want to bring movers in twice - once to move out most of our things and the second time to move out the furniture left for staging. Claudia Jacobs comes into my clients homes with a very positive attitude, being respectful to not offend their feelings. She walks through each home to get its feel, weather old or new, large or small. She then puts it all together and creates a whole new look and feel for the home. Claudia did a photo staging for one of my listings and really made a difference in how the house photographed for listing photos. She has a great eye for detail and was able to transform the house using the owners personal furnishings, editing and adding as she went. Claudia completed a staging job for me on a very large and vacant house. Not only did she do an outstanding job of bringing in furnishings and arranging and decorating, but she was also instrumental in assisting my sellers to choose the right colors for paint and trim. Her follow up and attention to detail sets her apart from others in her field! Her efforts resulted in a very fair offer my sellers and a closed sale!
