I was recommended to Claudia Jacobs by my real estate broker and so glad she did. Claudia was very professional and was able to help me stage my house so that it can sell faster. Loved her input and suggestions. Was also glad that she was available after our consultation for additional questions. She was very responsive as well. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Claudia did a wonderful job staging our house for sale. She did the entire house, but focused on the basement. And it turned out beautiful. She turned it into another living area with space to visit or dine. No longer just a place to play ping pong. She also did magic in out living room. She has a very good eye on how things can look better and then makes it happen. She is very personable and a real pleasure to work with. Newburgh is a tough market, especially in the winter. It was a pleasure working with Claudia she has an eye for perfection. She makes every room look fantastic. I loved the picture of the lucky horse I think because of that lucky horse we sold our rehabbed house in 2 weeks we are so happy and excited to work with her again in our next house!!

Claudia managed to clear her time to work with me quickly. I was preparing my Mom's house for sale and was concerned about odors and staging! Great easy and subtle recommendations by her really made the place shine when we listed it! She was a huge help, and things were easy to implement!
I called Claudia for a quick job. My style dillema was that I had inherited some beautiful pieces of furniture and I had purchased artwork that I was proud of and I was not sure how to incorporated these items to work together for a fresh, updated look. She had some great ideas and made some minor changes in layout that was very effective. She helped me pick out some new items as well.
