I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair salon. They did a horrible job with my hair color, and then had the audacity to charge me extra for a shampoo and blowout. Were they really going to let me leave without washing and styling my hair to confirm the color was correct? What a rip off. Make "SURE" to ask for every single charge before agreeing to any services here.
