11 out of 10! The gutter on the front of my parents house detached and twisted while it hung off their house swinging about 20 feet or more back in February 2025. I called every number that popped up on Google. All the answers were mostly no we can’t help due to all the ice and wind. Or booking out 8-10 weeks until I called the last number (classic case of saving the best for last) and it was Classical Roofing and Siding ltd. Had our roof installed last summer… The crew was pretty careless and left a huge scrape on a window that was noted by the foreman. Company offered to work with our insurance to have it replaced. Coming up on a year with nothing being done. Pretty disappointed and can’t recommend. Edit: Owner responded over a year later to say he "trusts all is well"... Despite my patience, this never got fixed.
Asked for a quote and they wouldn’t even come out. They said they would be contacting me within the next few weeks and never did. Not a reliable company, would not hire if they even get back to you….
Excellent work on my eaves and gutters and professional and courteous approach.
Great experience with Classic Roofing. The price was fair and they were quick and easy to communicate/coordinate with. They did a outstanding job cleaning up too, you'd never know they were there if it wasn't for the nice new roof.
