KNOWS BROOKLINE MARKET HONEST FAIR – Showed me some really good places easy to deal with no BS like most agents. Set us up with re;event info on area told ins and outs of area let uns know where to find parking called when we moved in to check things went well.
Best Aparments Around... – Used Classic Realty to find a apartment showed us three things all much better than any other broker showed us.
avoid this company!!!! – We signed a lease and paid the brokers fee, last month's rent, and security deposit. The checks cleared, but Classic Realty refused to give us a copy of the executed lease. Three weeks later, they informed us that the apartment was not available. No reason, no apologies. Jerry Kampler, the owner, was in fact very rude. We did finally get our money back, but I would never, ever work with this company again. There are plenty of other brokers around who are honorable and honest.
I would rate it 0 of 5 if they let me – Classic Realty advertised a 0% fee, but only at the lease signing did they announced that it was actually a full fee. It was clearly a bait and switch operation. The poor agent was friendly and tried to make the best of the situation, but the owner Jerry Kampler represents the worst of the real estate world. He was rude and insulting when we objected. We were up against a deadline and reulctantly signed the lease and paid his fee, but we felt violated. Avoid this company at all cost! T... read more
DEEElightful and Amazing experience! – Moving to a new town is difficult. Jerry & Holly the husband and wife team made it great. Jerry is a lifelong resident of Brookline who knows most condo buildings and homes inside and out. He shares information about life in Brookline only a "Townie" would know. In addition, he brings his experiences as a property owner and developer to the table.
