Classic was my property management company for over 20 years. I would stay away from this Property Management Company. Trust me, you do not want to meet their covert side. Move on to an honest, reputable Condominium HOA Property Management company. Covert Companies frighten me.

Classic Property Management is the absolute worst management company. If you are looking for someone to manage your HOA or rental properties, pass by this one and keep looking. To say communication is poor is an overestimate. It would take weeks for emails to be returned and then only when you emailed them again requesting a response to original email. Service requests take weeks to be referred to repair services (we requested repairs to our landscape lighting in February and it is still not repaired). They push hard fo... read more

Comparing the services Classic provides to the other companies I have used in the past makes it seem like I have only been using rookies and now have moved to the pros. The largest impact has been with timely call backs, direct deposit of rent in to my account, their own maintenance people and 7 day a week leasing agents. My properties have leased quickly and seem to stay longer. I have already recommended several in my SoCal Investment Group to use Classic and I encourage other investor to do the same. I've done business with Classic off and on for many, many years and I am still 100% happy with their service, their promptness and their willingness to work with clients to provide us wit the services we need. Classic has always gone above and beyond the call of duty and they provide outstanding service.

During an extremely tense and uncomfortable transition with our HOA concerning board issues, Classic's staff was wonderful! Our manager is great and took extra time to answer and attend so many questions and requests and did so with a smile. The entire staff exemplified professionalism and courtesy. They are an extremely well organized and knowledgeable company I am proud to have manage our HOA.

Carol Moran, has been one the worst managers I've dealt with on a professional level and prior to her Joann C, was no different.....they (Carol Moran)argue, bilittle, make false claims, discriminate on the minorities, manipulated late charge fees along with the mail. Her attitude is horrible( condescending, arrogant and unprofessional) she lacks manners and gives the ladies a horrible rap. They do nothing at Tara Place except increase the hoa fees. They are slack and lie. Don't buy or rent from these people. Its just money in their pockets.
