Bad management company – My family and I rented a house from this management copany and had an awful experience. We lived in this house for 3 years. It took them forever to take care of any repairs. I had my AC go out in the middle of summer and it took a week to get it replaced after 3 failed attempts at fixing it. Since we had moved in during the winter, I had no idea that the shrubbery at the front of the house was infestated with poison ivy.
