I’m about to move out of a property that is managed by Classic. The entire team at Classic have been amazing from day one – this move is not what we wanted :( just glad to move forward. We are moving 6 blocks away and wish we could have stayed but circumstances were beyond our control and their control. Was great renting through them.
We had a great time with Brandi showing us properties. She knew more what we wanted than we did. Tina was a wiz with the paper work making everything as easy as could be. We did our closing with Lois who was an expert in answering all our questions. We look forward to dealing with them for the next 4 years!
We know we're in good hands since we hired Classic Property Management Group. Their personnel frequently visit on site and have been consistent in doing so. We appreciate it and they are doing exactly as we hoped they would.

Our power went off last night and I wanted to recognize someone special who helped out to get it turned back on. Joanne, our property manager, was there at the drop of a hat. We are evaluating making a change in management due to a lack of service being provided. In a free meeting with Classic they pointed out numerous deficiencies that we were working with and realized changes that had to be made. Our decision is coming and Classic will be our choice for new management. They really stand behind their “Discover the Classic Different” motto because there really is a difference…caring, intelligent people who know what they talk about and pay attention to details.
Our former management company spent our money like it was water. Classic stopped us and made us all evaluate our real cash position and put in place a strategic plan that will help us accomplish our goals in keeping with our cash flow. No one has done that for us before. We love the fact that Classic provides one-on-one attention to help us. Classic was the right choice for our community.
Classic Property Management is very professional and we've been quite impressed. They take care of all problems quickly and skillfully.
