So far, so good! I was able to get a hold of one of their leasing agents on a SATURDAY and they were very quick to respond. Each time I have called the office with questions I have been very impressed by how professional and knowledgeable their staff is. I am very excited at the possibility of renting from this establishment and hope that it only gets better from here!
Due to pending legal action, I am unable to comment on why the one star until further notice.
They told me the rental home was available and I was the only one to apply for the home. After applying and paying, they proceeded to tell me that I was the only one to apply and I was going to get the home. Little did they know, I knew another person that applied for the same home and Luker was telling both of us that we were the only ones to apply.
