Our tub went down in December they put in a new power pack and now in April it still doesn’t work. Went out to use the tub this morning and it kicked the power off. It has never run right ever since they worked on it. I’m going to call Hydroquick to get this fixed

Incredible wealth of knowledge here! We receive excellent customer service even on the busiest of days.
This was the worst experience with customer service I have ever had. Their scheduling department is a joke the techs can't seem to comunicate with each other or the office. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for anything.
We called to get a part, with a part number. After waiting on the phone for 10 minutes we were told everyone was busy and she didn't know how to look up the part number so she didn't know if they had it. We left our information, but 2 days later we have not gotten a response. We did get the part from another pool and spa place. We have tried to deal with this company several times and have had problems each time. I can't recommend them.
