I feel like the service is good but my pool took an extra 2 weeks arrive for pick up. Kinda of felt forgotten after buying a whole pool package.
Had my inground pool relined (20' x 53'). The guys did a great job and saved me $500 because they noticed that the foam liner was in great shape and didn't need replacing.
I had an issue with my pool heater. The part I needed was no longer manufactured. Jessica and Terry were very helpful in solving my problem. Thanks
My girlfriend has been waiting over a month for her tub to be repaired under warranty. They were out two weeks ago and part was supposed to be put in friday. Its monday she called and no one knew a thing about it
