We purchased a pool heater from this company paid in full have the receipt with serial number.. we purchased one specifically IN STOCK.... they continued to put out our install date when we called to come pick up our heater they had sold it to someone else.. Thats not the worst part the worst part was the way i was spoken to and treated by the employee.. in the end they were offended and refunded our money and refused us service which will take days to post to our account so it will be even longer for us to get a pool heater... read more
Delays during covid are expected, but a lack of communication, follow through and willingness to abdicate responsibility means one of all of the following is true: 1. Your initial sales associate attempted to reach out to you in regards to your comment. But, to touch base on the points made and try to be as transparent on your points. American Whirpool has had a massive increase in orders since the start of the pandemic. This is on top of adding in measures to protect their staff, as they are based in Arizona. Came in person and gave my info to Ron and never got the email quote he promised Saturday. Called Sunday and left a message there AND filled out the contact request form on your website and still no follow up. I walked in with money in my bank account wanting to give it to you, guess y’all have too much already 🤷🏻♂️

We purchased our hot tub from Classic Pool & Spa back in 2003 and have continued to get all of our supplies from them. Yesterday as staff person recommended a new product for cleaning our filter and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I think it’s going to save us money over time and extend the life of our filter. It’s the pool my filter cleaner. We soaked our first filter and main filter overnight and it’s white and looks brand new. So appreciative!
