Was in today and again the customer service was poor. Just got a "hi" from Jamie and nothing else. Not even a "bye" when I walked out the door past the salesman Jamie and the sales manager. Just ignored. Also, called 4 times and left my name and phone number for price quotes on the same unit every time and never got a call back. I talked to Jamie 3 of those 4 times. I purchased from them one time and will NEVER do it again. Peacock LTD in Baldwin MI, here I come. Customer service is #1 in my book. See ya Classic!!
Purchased a used Buell there last year, every part of the deal went great. Sales, service, and parts really know their stuff, and answered any question I had. Can't wait to ride this year!
Friendly and helpful staff. If you do happen to purchase a motorcycle, quad, or anything else, make sure it's from this guy they call Nemz. SUPER KOOL and knowledgeable will go the extra mile to make you happy.
