Took my bike in for a 1K service. Had to call 5 times before actually being able to speak to someone about scheduling. Took it in and dropped it off this morning. They let me know it was ready so I went and picked it up. The bike wasn’t washed, which wasn’t a big deal. The problem was that they left oil all over the front of the engine, the bottom, and the fill holes for the engine. There is also oil marks on my seat and handprints all over my handle bars. Took our 2018 Ranger in fir it’s first service and a whining noise. We live 1 1/2 hours away so we dropped it off on a Saturday and was told it would be done the next Saturday. We never got a call from the Serv Dept telling us there would be a delay, we had to keep calling to see if it was ready finally after two weeks they say it’s done! We pick it up after hours and it still has the exact same noise! Very poor customer service and not worth $99/hour labor rate!

Had my Vstar in for warranty inspection. The bike was accidentally damaged while at classic. I pointed out the damage to the service manager. He was very apologetic and took care of the issue right away by replacing the damaged part. That is stand up behavior in a world where people are more likely to pass the buck. I do most of my own mechanical work so i likely will not do a ton of business with classics service department, but their actions have impressed me to the point that I will find excuses to bring their shop whatev... read more
Amazing service!! Jamie(? I do believe was here name) was an absolute charm!! And had a lot of knowledge. The older gentleman working with her, was also down to earth and they both made it more like visiting freinds then making a deal☺️
I have been searching for a discontinued part for my 2000 HD Deuce for a very long time..with the help of Kristin W. and Classic Motorsprts my search has ended! Fast courteous and thorough service...I highly recommend!!!
