Went into Lexus today expecting to just talk over options of getting out of my lease, I walked out with a 2012 Honda CR-V sold to me by Francesco Nappo! He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for me with everything I was looking for (safe in the snow, good gas mileage, low price). He then had it delivered to the store within a hour for me to test drive. I was extremely nervous making such a large purchase but Frank made it easy, fun and smooth.
