Manny Britnell and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. When our first choice didn’t work out they understood and even shipped in the car we liked from one of there other dealerships . The facility is first class as well as all the employees!! This is by far the best car dealer I have used in the region. Today I purchased my 6th Lexus ES, beginning in 1992. Both the sales department and service department excel in their respective arenas. I highly recommend Michael Brittain for sales if you are in the market for a Lexus. I have never had a mechanical issue or a breakdown with a Lexus in 26 years!

I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Classic in November 2018 and in January 2019 the heat started blowing cold air. I bought the drive train warranty but of course was told it’s not covered. Classic could care less that they sold me a defective $27,000 Jeep and basically told me it wasn’t their problem. I understand it’s not a Lexus nor a new vehicle, but it was still sold on their lot, and I was made false promises. I’m honestly disgusted with the service.
