Carl was fantastic! I'd called ahead and explained my needs as a driver. I had a few things in mind and he also made some suggestions. When I arrived everything was ready for me. Carl reviewed functions and features of the vehicles with me and we took a couple test drives. I ultimately left that day with a new CR-V and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Matt Palmer! I requested information online. He responded quickly even though it was early in the morning. I had some additional questions. He called me on the phone when I was trying to determine which model would best suit our needs. He gave me the quotes I asked for and also researched some additional information I requested. He was the most pleasant car sales person I have ever worked with!
