RecommendedAnthony was our sales person and was exceptional. He was engaging, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Anthony was so good we ended up purchasing 2 vehicles rather then the 1 we had gone in for. The manager and the finance guys were great also. This was probably the best car buying experience we have had.
**BUYERS BEWARE!** I bought a brand new 2019 Honda Civic from here only to find out through my insurance company that there was previous damage reported on the Carfax. Which in return, of course raised the insurance rate that I was quoted. Classic Honda failed to disclose this information. Had I known, I obviously wouldn’t have bought this car. This is the 3rd Honda I purchased from Classic Honda of Streetsboro. My personal experience with the sales force brought me back each time, but I have to say working with Donna Galleguillos has been the most comfortable in all my years of car buying. Donna and I were able to settle upon a mutually agreeable price without the necessity of calling in one of those high powered, plaid jacketed "managers" that give the process such a bad name. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to get me in the car I wanted. I mainly worked with Samantha Lapointe, and she made the leasing process enjoyable. I was somewhat unhappy with the trade in value they offered me, but she really explained why it was lower than expected, and spoke with her manager and we came to a number I was happier with.
