Job: Service A/C and Furnace Unit for Commercial Building Bill is AMAZING, we just love him here in our shop! He truly is not only great at what he does, he is clean, kind, respectful and fun! He makes sure we understand every step of what he is doing, asks if we have questions and works very hard! 10 STARS!!! I have even hired Classic to work on our personal home JUST BECAUSE WE ARE SO IMPRESSED with Bill here at our shop!

Problem: No cold air. Solution (discovered in < 10 minutes): Bad capacitor in the outside compressor. Replaced with parts already in Bill's truck. The entire time, Bill voluntarily explained how things worked and talked, happy to answer questions and accepting of me watching him work out of curiosity. As an added bonus, he had amusing stories to share which made things even better.
Preston and Bill were awesome! Love the whole crew at Classic! They do great work and are as trustworthy as they come!
