Classic Heating and air conditioning is excellent we have used them in our last three houses. Today we had Preston come out to do our annual maintenance and he was great! He is just one of the reasons we love Classic Heating and air-conditioning.
I've used Classic for the past four years after several unsatisfactory years using Brothers. Unlike Brothers, I've always found Classic to be very honest when diagnosing the problem and recommending repairs. Preston is always very nice and friendly and does a great job with both service and repairs.
We've used Classic ever since they were the only company who would come on a cold winter's day when our heater stopped. Preston came and diagnosed the problem (it was hard to find) and we've used them ever since (5 years). Preston is professional, engaging, and nice to have in the house! We look forward to seeing him every year.
When our heater stopped heating, we were referred to Classic by our contractor. Preston came the very next morning, was quick, friendly, trustworthy and most importantly, seemed to know his stuff. Can't speak to how this company rates as far as price as we don't have much to compare to, but their service is great!
