I got my hair done here the other day by Claudia, and she absolutely hit it out of the park! I came to her with a lot of things that I wanted changed about my hair from my last hair appointment at a different salon (brassiness, harsh root line, non-dimensional coloring), and she patiently guided me through a bunch of different questions to really figure out what I was looking for from our appointment. Went for all over blonde retouch and tone. Bleach application was poor with haphazard sections and many spots missed throughout. I had to remind the stylist to do the other half of my head with toner or it would have been skipped completely. Once it was finished she was very nice and offered to retone it after. The owner argued with me and said my hair was spotty because I had grey hair. I have had this done many times before and never left with cheetah spots in my hair. I've been getting extensions, cut and color from Chloe for about 6 months now and all I can say is WOW. I had not gotten my hair done in a salon for about 6 years, and was doing my own color and cutting because I couldn't find anyone who could do it like I wanted. Claudia is the kindest, sweetest person you'll ever meet. She also gave me exactly what I wanted and made me feel so welcome and included. The best I've been to in Pittsburgh!
