I love the service I receive from Andrew Keates and the Ford Team. Andrew's hospitality is great and I have now bought 2 Escapes from him and will get my next vehicle from him too. The Service Team has done an excellent job, also.
Easy deal. Andrew Keats does a great job. This is our 4th escape. My wife’s loves it and Andrew answered all questions big or small. He checks in with us regularly. We will be back to work with him again. He found just what we wanted and had everything done for us on our arrival.
I have bought 3 cars from Andrew and I would not go any where else. He makes sure he finds you exactly what your looking for.
I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze and 2015 Ford Fusion at Madison Ford and had a great experience both times. Andrew Keates went out of his way to find me the exact type of vehicle I was looking for and gave great customer service. If you want a car salesman who will really listen to what you want, definitely ask for Andrew!

Classic Ford of Madison has the tight nit feel of those local mom and pop shops with a backing of a big business such as Classic. I was able to test drive multiple new and used vehicles until I was able to find the right fit. Andrew and Joe made the process seamless and not long and drawn from what I’m used to from other dealers. I strongly suggest if your the neighborhood and looking to purchase or upgrade your old vehicle to give Classic Ford the opportunity to help.
