Terrible service. Both front tires very loose, one twist and the lug nuts came off by hand. Could of gotten into an accident on the drive home with my daughter.
Sales experience was good. Everything after has been subpar. The service department is a nightmare to deal with. Had my truck for almost 2 weeks after saying it would 2 or 3 days. Never got a single phone call from them. I had to call every time and did daily for almost a week. Every answer was always “it’ll be done tomorrow” and never an explanation. ZERO communication on their end and obviously very poor service.
Friendly, hospitable staff! They did an awesome job on getting me the car I picked out! I will return, and I recommend highly!

The staff is friendly and when talking about buying a car from them it seemed more like a conversation rather than a haggle fest. So I bought a car from them! Everyone I worked with was nice and I'd recommend them.
it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to do an oil change and I had an appointment.
