Why would anyone buy from a dealer that is calling ford workers uneducated and building junk?
RecommendedI needed a key programmed for my 2004 mustang and they said it will take 45 minutes and to have a seat and the help myself to coffee and Donuts I really felt like I was at home or a friend's house this is the only ford dealership i will go to because of great customer service representatives
I took my car there for a battery change an they installed it totally wrong an caused me a lot of damage. They were also very rude. Do not take your car here
Personal attention was great and no high pressure
My wife brought in her Expedition for yet another issue last Friday - for a scheduled appointment- and learned when she dropped off the vehicle that technicians would not be able to even look at the vehicle until Wednesday because of “all the engine rebuilds” going on. Isn’t an appointment supposed to secure the service time? Now she has been asked to swap out the loaner car. Charged me $130 in labor to replace brake pads even though they already had the calipers and rotors off for warranty work. $330 total for brake pads, even though the pads were damaged by the warped rotors that were under warranty. Scam artists when it comes to service. The advisor helping me told me originally it was going to be $274 PER AXLE for pads but he “helped me out”. Yeah right.
If you are looking for a friendly sales staff this is the place to without question. Loved my experience and love my Ranger. Already recommended 3 friends to see my salesman.
