CHECK YOUR MILEAGE. I took my car back to them after the brakes went to the floor after they replaced a warrantied brake part. I took my car in on a Saturday for a warrantied brake issue, after a week of excuses I went in 9 days later to find my car had not been worked on yet and there was 17 miles on the car. Horrible customer service!!! I brought my 16 Fusion in for transmission issues in July. They had my vehicle for over a week no phone call or update on my vehicle. When I went to pick it up I explained how upset I was with the customer service,all the service department manager could do was offer me a free oil change. I figured I would give classic ford a second chance to fix the issues with my Fusion. I was wrong and should’ve went elsewhere. Classic Ford has the best service and sales people. I just love my new Lincoln Corsair, and Gregg Pike walked me thru all the details of my new car. Do not take your vehicle here to get serviced. I had an appointment t for 245 today and dropped my vehicle off on time. By 530, I had not heard back about my vehicle and decided to call. Apparently, the tech was not able to get to my vehicle even though I had an appointment. I was told hopefully tomorrow the tech might look at it. and I asked what would happen if they could not get to it tomorrow and was told that maybe they could do a rental car.
