I bought a brand new house about 2 years ago, on the walkdown inspection everything was good except the all shower tiles. The tiles were uneven, some of them were cracked at the corners, they were not spaced out properly, the grout was different colors, the shower floor was so uneven the water was not draining properly and the calking was a mess. Leak in my bathroom. Company doesn’t take care of it. Makes you feel like they’re doing you a favor by fixing the mess they did in the first place. Also when you talk to them they have so much push backs! Some companies come in, do the job. These guys come in, complain, complain again, push back, (bring them food, bring them water, serve for them — lol!) then they will do the job! They won’t care about small jobs they want the bigger jobs.
