Nikki, Dani and Theresa have been exceptional every step of the way in helping me every step of the way. They are all knowledgable, patient, kind and so compassionate. I am grateful to all of them for helping me deal with jewelry that was very precious to me. Not to mention the beautiful displays in the store - impeccable!

I went in this afternoon for their advertised special buying event. I brought my 1+ K diamond ring and sat with Anthony who was pleasant, kind and informative. His buying offer was lower than I had hoped and he asked the "gentleman" who handles the consignment end of the shop to take a look. Beautiful jewelry and the people are even more beautiful. You come for the antique jewelry but you'll stay for the company. The proprietor, Mikkey is such a sweetheart. Be sure to stop in and say hello, you'll be glad you did!
I had such a good time going through the drawers of fabulous pins. It was hard to decide, but the good news is...I'll go back every time I'm looking for a special piece. Mikki was so helpful and fun. I felt very welcomed.

Two of the best things about classic facets are the incredible quality and variety of the items that they carry. Many of them are truly museum worthy. And secondly is The friendliness and the knowledge of the staff. I stopped in between appointments and had so very many questions, all of which were answered with both enthusiasm and patience. I look forward to returning and making my next jewelry purchase there.
I stopped in today with my 3 boys (10,9 and 7) and husband. Can i just say that normally 3 kids in a store like yours is frowned upon. Instead you welcomed them, educated them on the rings and lovely pieces and left me feeling like a queen. Thank you for such great service! We will be back!!

We purchased my engagement ring from Theresa and Mikki at Classic Facets, and it was a wonderful experience! They really do have a large, diverse collection of antique rings, and other jewelry, too, for reasonable prices! If you love antique jewelry, it is definitely worth the trip to check them out!

I can't describe how wonderful my shopping experience was! I received a gorgeous blue zircon art deco inspired ring circa 1920's. My fiancee dumped me so I want to trade this ring for another that I can wear with love. What are my options?
