I went in asking for a haircut. She very rudely said there was no availability. I asked when there would be availability, and she brushed off the question and said maybe in a few weeks but basically there would be no opening now or in the future for me. I was polite, and from the get-go she was rude and dismissive because of the colour of my skin
I’ve been going to Betty for over 30 years since my first haircut at 3yo. I always missed going to Classic Cuts in the years I was away from Oakland. From my hair being a curly 2ft length to it all the being cut off, I will always trust Betty :)
