Bob was understanding when I picked up my rings and acknowledged my concern. Without hesitation he said he would take care of it and not to worry. I found the perfect pair, at a good price, at Classic Creations. Bob Sparrow listened to what I was looking for and showed me several pairs. I did not feel pressured at all.
