They put a used tire from some other car on my husband and my car. My husband complained, and they had no explantation for what happened to our original tire that was about 1-2 weeks old. They put a tire with 4 percent tread in place of the new tire. After a week, we got no call back about the status of the "new" tire they are still supposed to put on the car.
